1) The Second World War ended in 1945, but there are still problems about it. Most of the problems are the responsibility of a defeated nation, such as compensation. 2) Japan accepted the responsibility, but the war responsibility of Japan is still issue in China and Korea. 3) This paper will inform why the war responsibility of Japan is still issue in China and Korea, examine what the problem is and find the way to improve relationships with the countries because the improvement is very important for the Japanese future as an Asian partners. 4) It appears that the lack of knowledge of what Japan have made reparation for since the Second World War ended is used for stirring anti-Japanese feeling. 5) The Daily Yomiuri shows "Sharing a common understanding on history is a terribly difficult task" and suggests that neutral countries are needed to share the understanding. This source seems to be useful for my essay at this stage.
